Job Description:

  • Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process
  • Well versed in dealing candidates H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, EAD, GC, US Citizen on W2, Corp-Corp, 1099 contract basis
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
  • Expert in Creating and updating the resumes for candidates according to the client's requirements
  • Proficient in using Job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, etc., to source requirements
  • Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client.
  • Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn
  • Negotiating billing rates with the Vendors / Clients
  • Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, and following up for interview schedules.
  • Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US
  • Learn the technical requirements of various positions, doing research as needed, and submit consultants’ profiles that match these criteria in a timely manner
  • Must possess In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market
  • Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and referrals
  • Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills
  • Coordinating and scheduling the candidate for interviews, Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
  • Manage Interviews, Paperwork & On-Boarding's
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor within a team environment
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed of their application status throughout the hiring process.

  • Plan, monitor and review on the marketing budget
  • Effectively use social media such as Linked-In, Instagram, Facebook to attract candidates with H1B/ OPT/ H4 EAD visa
  • Implement campaign to generate leads for the new H1B filing/ H1B sponsorships
  • Conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns through working with various digital agencies
  • Responsible for planning and delivering innovative content across all social media platforms.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop creative materials, templates and advertisements to build company brand value
  • Implement alternate market research channels
  • Successfully implement campaign to attract IT resources within US market for various open roles
